Online Admission Form

NOTE: This form is only for those who have physically paid the admission fees.

Parents, desiring admission for their sons, are required to complete the Admission form below and have paid the Admission Fees of Rs. 5000 physically at the School. The admission fee is not refundable nor constitutes any assurance. All the required documents must be in JPEG format and should have a maximum file size of 5MB. Once the form is submitted the applicant will receive a confirmation email ( in the guardian’s email address ) with a link to the admission form. Kindly review all the fields before submission, any request for changes to the application will not be entertained later.
