Commemorating India’s 1st Nobel laureate on the pious occasion of Rabindranath Tagore Jayanti! from poetry & songs to short stories & plays, Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore was a prolific writer & an ekphrastic artist. St. Paul’s School pays the highest tribute to the deity of art & literature on his birth anniversary. The Bengali department organized a tribute to Rabindranath Tagore . Mr. Gautam Bhattacharya the HOD of Bengali department spoke about the similarities of Tagore’s education system in Shantiniketan with St Paul’s and how fortunate Paulites are to study in the most beautiful environmental set which many school lacks in the metropolitan cities. He emphasized the boys to educate oneself with the names of trees , plants and flowers that our campus is blessed with. The Art department came out with few paintings to honour Rabindranath Tagore.
