The 39thedition of Primary Wing Inter-House Drama competition was held on the 9th of August 2023, with the Senior Wing Prep Hall being chosen as its venue. Gracing the occasion was the Head Junior Wing, Mr. Punam Lama as well as the parents of the boys taking part in the competition. The judges for the day were Mr. David Cecil, Mr. RakeshRai and Mr. Prashik Chand Gurung. The announcer for the event was Mrs. NamrataPradhan.
The plays showcased by the respective Houses were as follows:
Tenzing – Snow white
Everest – Actions Do Not Speak Louder Than Words
Hillary – I Met Jesus on Christmas Eve
Hunt – Crafty Tom
The performances of all the children were fabulous and everyone appreciated the plays that were enacted. However, every competition has a winner and the results were as follows:
1st – Hillary
2nd – Hunt
3rd – Everest
4th – Tenzing
The best actor award this year was given to Aniket Singh (Hunt House) for his portrayal of Tom in the play, “Crafty Tom.”
We would like to share our heartfelt gratitude to the House Mistresses and House Masters for tirelessly training the boys to put up such a splendid performance.
