Bicentennial Under-14 Cricket Tournament

The second Bicentennial Under-14 cricket tournament is currently underway, showcasing the boys’ exceptional cricket skills. In the opening match, St. Paul’s School demonstrated their prowess by scoring a commendable 219 runs in 20 overs against St. Joseph School, Darjeeling. The match was a spectacle of excitement and thrills, culminating in St. Paul’s triumphant victory with a commanding lead of 134 runs. Shashank Mohota’s stellar performance, highlighted by his impressive knock of 96 runs, earned him the well-deserved title of Man of the Match.

In the subsequent match, St. Paul’s faced off against Goethals School, where they posted a competitive total of 133 runs within their allotted 20 overs. Once again, St. Paul’s emerged victorious, this time by a margin of 32 runs. Mohit Kr Soni’s outstanding all-round performance, contributing 30 runs with the bat and claiming three crucial wickets, earned him the prestigious title of Man of the Match. With this victory, St. Paul’s secured their place in the finals, showcasing their exceptional talent and determination. Congratulations to the boys on their well-deserved success.
